At Peace Education Program, we believe that real change starts with conversation, understanding, and practice. Our Family Engagement Nights bring students, parents, and educators together to build essential conflict resolution skills in an interactive and supportive environment.
Each evening begins with a shared meal, fostering connection before diving into hands-on activities led by Peace Ed trainers. Through group discussions, cooperative games, and problem-solving exercises, families explore key conflict resolution techniques—learning how to recognize anger triggers, identify physical signs of frustration, and develop strategies for expressing emotions constructively.
By involving adults alongside students, Family Engagement Nights ensure that these critical skills aren’t learned in isolation. Instead, they become part of a shared language at home and school, reinforcing positive communication and strengthening relationships within families and the broader community.
These events are just the beginning—because when we learn to resolve conflicts together, we create a future where peace isn’t just an ideal but a daily practice.
